Who We Are

Hello, we are the Weichselbaum’s and we do all the things!

We have always had the spirit of entrepreneurship. With that, we started a buying rental houses. With owning a home comes maintenance, repair and lawn care/outdoor needs. We’ve done flip homes and property management for several years, before branching out into other services. The rest just came natural! We needed a realtor who knew their stuff to buy our properties, so we became licensed. We needed a contractor to support remodeling and updates, so we became one. Currently, we handle the following between our companies:

Big W Solutions: General Contracting – Plumbing, Painting, Flooring, Roofing, Electrical and More.

Skyline Acres Realty: Real Estate Brokerage supporting both buyers & sellers.

Big W Lawns: We have always enjoyed lawn care and making properties beautiful. Our family takes great pride in hard work. If you want a job done, and done right we can handle it! If you don’t see a service that you are looking for and it is outdoors then don’t hesitate to ask; odds are we can and will do it.
