Jon was very quick to schedule the initial lawn service on my 1+ acre rural lot. He or his team always send me pictures via text to confirm quality and completion of services. He has always been very informative and helpful if there are schedule changes due to weather or other circumstances. His billing and payment process is easy, even with me living out of state. I found Big W Lawns last spring on Google. Jon's men are absolutely amazing. They're the most reliable lawn service I've ever used. I have had so many lawn services put me on a routine schedule, and some weeks never show or come several hours late but never call to lwt you know. When they say they'll be there, they show up & do an amazing job. They're affordable & every employee I've met has been so nice & respectful. They have never once forgotten to close my gates back when leaving which is very important so my animals don't escape from the yard. Jon's been a pleasure to work with & I look forward to continuing this working relationship for many years to come. I highly recommend this lawn service and can't say enough good things about them.
